Hi ,
I am performing Conjugate heat transfer analysis using Simlab & Acusolve with Moving reference Frame.

I meshed the model using simlab and assigned the boundary condition properly.

After submitting the run, I received this type of error:
acuPrep: Processing SURFACE_SET( "Interface_WINDINGS_2_windings_1_tet_tria3" )
acuPrep: *** ERROR: Invalid surface 1
acuPrep: *** ERROR: Invalid surface 2
acuPrep: *** ERROR: Invalid surface 3

acuPrep: Total Memory Size = 2.757000e+03 Mbytes
acuRun: *** ERROR: error occurred executing acuPrep

In the log file , there is lot of invalid surface and I mentioned some message for reference.

How to resolve this type of errors in acusolve?

Thanks & Regards,
Sivaprakash.

This is a very rare error, that might need looking at your model.

I would recommend creating support ticket and arranging a meeting.
