Sampling rate and stress plot

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask two questions:

I'm trying to increment the sampling rate for acquiring points of the curve by increasing NLOUT, NINT but I'm still getting the same amount of points. Do you know how to properly to this in order to have a smoother curve?

In addition, I would like to obtain a plot like this below but I'm just able to plot the stress on a single element

in order to get a fixed increment, refer to this post, using NLOUT, TIME option. By using this, you enforce the output to specific increments:
