EDEM hosted license stopped working.

I was using a 2023.1 version of EDEM with hosted license, and everythin was working fine until today. when i press "Start simulating" an error message apear. It says: "Unable to checkout EDEMSolver license, do you want to wait until a license is available?."

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
1.) i logged out of my account and tried to generate a new authorization code. i use it to authorized the license. It works in the Altair License Utility but the EDEM is still not working it says the same error.

2.) I tried logging in with my account directly in the License Utility, and again, it worked there. However, EDEM continues to show the same license error.

What can i do to solve issue?

Hi Sebasitan,

Is this issue still occurring? We will likely need some feedback from the licensing team but first just to check if you have any other simulations running, you may not have enough licenses available?

How many cores/GPU's are you checking out?
