I am a student using an Altair Feko student license. I had previously activated the license on my personal computer. However, due to some issues, I had to format my system and reinstall the operating system (I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11).
I have not changed any hardware, but after the system reinstall, I am unable to activate the license again. The activation process fails with a Host ID error, indicating that the license has already been used on another machine.
Could you please assist me with resetting the license or reactivating it on my current system?
