Flux 3D shape optimization

Hello Community
I just finished a design on Flux 3D, and i wanted to optimize the design to get the desired result. how can i do this? I checked and shape optimization that is available in 2D is not available in 3D. so, what step can i take to optimize my design automatically? do i need a third-party software if yes, how can i go about it?
please, if there is a video tutorial or pdf that can explain this, i would be really grateful
