Unable to connect to marketplace to install extension

Hi team, I have not been able to connect to marketplace the past 1 month, (I'm currently using version 9.10). This is the first time I’ve faced such persistent issues, and it's significantly affecting my workflow.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in the same matter.
