Is there any information in the aistudio.log file? This can be found in <USER HOME>\.AltairRapidMiner\AI Studio\<Version>\ location.

May I assume this issue is no longer occurring? If it is still occurring, I would recommend opening a Support ticket at https://support.altair.com/ because the easiest way for us to figure out what is happening is to get on a call with you.
