Can't Access Altair One

Can't log into Altair One.

 

Updated both firefox and chrome to latest verisons

 

Error is as followed

The JWT expired and is no longer valid

Please check here for list of supported browsers.

    There are several things you can try:

     

    First, try this URL for login: https://admin.altairone.com

     

    Then there are several hints on the webpage under help:

    • Clear your browser cookies and local storage, if you continue experiencing problems.
    • Please check for no-reply@altairone.com mails in your junk or spam folder.
    • Please verify that the links in the activation e-mails are not expired.
    • For better experience, please ensure that you are using a supported browser. Please refer to the list below for comparison.
      Browser Supported Version (or higher)
      Chrome 83.0.4103.116
      Firefox 78.0.2
      Edge 83.0.4103.116
      Safari 13.1.1 (14609.2.9.1.3)

    Hello 

    I am having the same problem on a new laptop.

    But i keep getting the same error and i don't know why.

    I tried different browsers as well.

    The link here also and here was my error:

     

    Error Authenticating: AuthSdkError: The JWT expired and is no longer valid

     

    I tried on my old laptop and it still works.
