Hi, I have installed Feko 2025.0 and WRAP 2025.0.1. I get this License error message:
Can anyone from Licensing help generate a new license with the relevant features, so that I can use WRAP?
Hi @SidraNM ,
Thank you for posting your question here as discussed. Can you please also add the tags for "Feko" and "Student Edition license"? This will help in reaching quicker the proper team.
@Rahul_P1 , thanks in advance for helping out with this.
Best,
Zeina
@SidraNM
Do you get the same error when you start Feko as well or just for WRAP ?
Have you followed all the steps here -
I tried with other Feko tools, this problem is coming for WRAP only.
Yes, I have followed all the steps you mentioned.
The situation and solution seem simple to me. When I requested student license, I did not intend to install and use WRAP. But I have attended WRAP training and find it interesting and relevant. So I want to use WRAP now. It seems like the license needs to be renewed with relevant feature to enable me to use WRAP.
Hi @Rahul_P1 , I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved, and unable to use WRAP since last month.
@Zeina I still cant use WRAP as this issue remains unsorted.
The workaround in
should solve this.
