How to make Flightstream recognize my active student license?

I have completed all the steps to download Flightstream and to activate my student license in the system, according to a video tutorial. However, as I launch the app, I come across this error: License checkout…not found. Any idea how to solve it?

Hello Rachel,

The final part of the message says edu checkout was a success, so you must be able to use FlightStream with the student license without any issues now...

If you still can't use it, please let me know.

I've just successful imported CAD model into Flightstream. I've gotten spooked by the message, but the software seems to be working! Thanks again for your assistance!

Hello,

To access FlightStream with a student license, please follow the below mentioned steps :-

Use your student email (.edu) to create an account on Altair.com.
Once your account is active, download FlightStream from the Altair Marketplace
Please follow the Installation Guide in the installation folder to install necessary dependencies.
Go to Altair Student License Activation and follow steps for license activation.
