以前までインポートできていたstlファイルが突然、上記のエラー文とともに使用できなくなりました。CADはAutodesk　Fusionを使用していてigesファイルも同様にインポートできなくなりました。海外の方で同じ状況の方が質問されていましたが、解決に至っていないようだったので教えていただきたいです。

ファイルの一時保管場所？も変更しましたがエラー文は変わらず出てきます。

バージョンはEDEM2024.1です。

Hi,

It is possible that the CAD import failed mid-import and left a process running which then blocks the next import.

To resolve I would first recommend restarting the PC to see if this resolves the issue.

You mentioned changing the Geometry Import Temporary FIle Location? Could you confirm you set this to a location you have read-write permissions. I would use these settings, with 'Alternative Windows import method de-selected"

Is it possible to share the .stl file if it is not confidential for testing purpose and suggest the recommendations to import.

I know this is not generally the preferred method, but I used an external uninstaller and the problem was solved. Thanks for the reply.
