Hello, I am new to this software and I am having some issues on running the tests. I saw other people had the same problem, so I followed the guide to solve the issues but nothing changed. 

Here below the error code:

The test Characterization, Thermal, Motor & Generator, Steady state failed due to the following problem:
Cause : The test cannot be completed because the job with the id 0 has created an error.
Type of the error : Unknown
Message : Unknown error
Type : Internal error

Ticket Number : #100.18.11 #100.18.10 #100.18.1 #100.18.39 

I have Flux Motor and Flux 2025 version.
