I want to activate the student license activated on my old laptop on my new laptop.

Formatting my old laptop, I can't access the student license from the laptop I was using. As far as I know, I can deactivate the student license activated with the administrator's authority. So, I ask the administrator to deactivate the currently allocated student license. Thank you for reading this long.
