It does show up on another folder called program data, but it has only one folder in there called licenses and that folder is empty. No I have a license but I have no way to connect the program to my license key and therefore I can't used the downloaded program. The program asks me to connect to the license through a directory which I can't do or by logging in to Altair, which I do, and it says the operation is successful but then the program closes and nothing comes from that. Please help me connect my Altair software to my license key.
