Student Edition License Not Activated After Verification Email

Hello Altair Community,

I hope someone can help me with an issue I’m facing regarding the activation of my Student Edition License.

I successfully submitted all the required documentation for verification and received an email confirming that my account was verified. However, when I try to access the license, I still see the message:

“Student Edition License - Please wait till your account is verified by our academic team.”

The problem is that the timeframe provided for verification has already passed, and despite receiving the confirmation email, my license has not been activated. I’m unsure if this is a technical issue or if there’s an additional step I need to take.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how was it resolved? Any guidance or assistance from the Altair team or the community would be greatly appreciated.
