von mises stress for electromotors

I designed a synchronous reluctance motor and I want to see the mechanical stress on it. (von mises stress) I have its step file for analysis in hypermesh but I don't know what to do with the rest of the steps. Please explain step by step what to do. Of course, if this is not necessary, please suggest your other solution.
