Erorrs in Altair EDEM

Hi, typically you would see this if you don't have read/write permissions on the location you are saving the file to, or the disk is full.
Alternatively if you have the same simulation open in two versions of EDEM at the same time this can cause problems saving any changes.

Its probably something best for system admin to do, as it may require admin rights.
Just to add another point to try is to close all EDEM and for the simulation you are saving try renaming or deleting the simulation.dfg file and then try again.

Is it just the specific file, if you can save other files to that location it could be that the file has become corrupt, possibly due to a file error during saving. Could you try saving a different file or to a different location?

I fixed it by simply saving the file straight on the disc D:, for whatever reason EDEM had no permission to subfolders. Thanks for help :)
