Problem with pollex license

Hello, I have just installed PollEx with the student version, and I can't launch it because a problem with the license has appeared. This is the window that shows the problem:

How can i solve this problem?

    Hey,

    When you open PollEx, navigate to "Utility" and then to Altair license utility:

    Then navigate to the Managed Licensing tab and log-in with your credentials connected with the license:

    And you should get access to your license.

    Did you click on "New Authorisation" and enter your Altair One data - the ones for which you achieved alicense?

    And if you navigate to "License Usage", tick "Managed" in server Types. Then "Refresh" and pick up the "Hw PollEx Basic" in the Feature tab, do you get any entry in the licenses Tree?

    Yes, I have clicked on the "New Authorisation" button and entered the username and password for the Altair account, but the result is the same.

    After following yours instructions in the "license usage tab" i dont have anything

    and i cannot select any feature in the filter

    Hey,

    This looks like a problem with the licensing system.

    Can you contact the person who granted you the license and manage the licenses for your organization? It seems you have an account in the licensing system, but no student license isconnected to your account.

    We see you have generated a student edition license key, you need to use the key as per step 4 here -

    You can set an environment variable with name ALM_HHWU and value False to force the license system to activate with the student license key after you follow the steps above.
