Happening on both Mac and PC version 9.10 issues with safe mode; Javascript

Hi, I am required to use version 9.10 RapidMiner for an educational program. I have attempted to use RapidMiner 9.10 on my Macbook and PC for a few months; however, I have experienced ongoing issues. The software will not start other than in safe mode on both the Mac and PC. On PC, Java could not be launched errorcode 1. I have removed and reinstalled 9.10 RapidMiner on both machines many times; however, the issues keep reoccurring. I have to remove and reinstall the software practically every time I attempt to use the software. This is happening on both Mac and PC. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi @MereH ,

    Very sorry no one has responded to your post until now.

    I'm afraid RapidMiner Studio 9.10 is no longer supported.

    I would recommend installing the latest version (2025.1 - it's now called AI Studio). At that point if you are still having similar issues it will be a lot easier for us to help.
