Re-Install support required.

Had a student license on S-Frame installed on home computer. Bought a new Laptop and deactivated license on home PC. Installed on laptop and did Licence Utility and when starting S-Frame I get a Runtime Error 381 window and have to task manager out of program. Uninstalled, re-installed and same problem. How can I get S-Frame operational?

I uninstalled and cleared all files. Downloaded a new setup file and certain windows components were required (new computer). Now I can't activate as it states on license webpage, Activations Allowed 1; activations remaining 0; deactivations allowed 1, deactivations remaining 9.

Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down and is only allowed a few times per user.

You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
