FLUX3D Magneto-transient, Induced current not needed
![Benjamin_PIDANCIER](https://us.v-cdn.net/6038102/uploads/defaultavatar/nLP0QHCLH24WL.jpg)
Hello,
I want to simulate an electromagnetic actuaor without computing the induced currents. I have specified in all the volumic regions to not compute the induced currents, but I still get currents in my parts. And the computation time is very long.
Do I miss something?
Thank you

Hi,
In case of Flux when you sue a solid conductor region by default during the solving flux generates the second order mesh, this means that the number of nodes increases, and this leads to increase the time computation. If you want to keep the 1st order mesh you can select this in the application options: edit application >> approximation order >> select 1 st order.
About the value of the current, in case you select no eddy current, I think in your case the value I around zero (see the color chart).
Thanks.
