My Thea license says it is active, but it isn't.

I am using Thea v3 for Rhino. I have an educational license which the Altair website says is activated with no remaining activations. It doesn't expire until May 25 2025. My copy of Thea is saying that it is unlicensed, and imputing the activation key gives the message "failed to activate key on the current machine." This is the only machine that I have used this license on. The error log give the error code 9. Please help me properly license my copy of Thea for Rhino.

    HI,

Are you using the process here to activate the product ?

    • Open the Thea License Setup window
    • Switch to the “Educational” tab
    • Paste the license key
    • Click on “Activate”

We could deactivate the license so you could try again, via the almutil as well …
