Hello sw07,
Yes, you can import the 3D CAD file of MSO coil and start working on it. The work flow will be similar to any other meshed coil workflow. Assign coil to coil/solid conductors. If you are just looking for torque or DC losses alone , you can use non meshed coils .
And, unfortunately, we don't have exact tutorial that matches this case.
Further if you find difficult with analysis, you can send support request, we are happy to help you.

Hello sw07,
We don't have an 3D example for meshed coil either. Refer to link below about meshed coils.
https://help.altair.com/flux/Flux/Help/english/UserGuide/English/topics/CoilsInFluxMeshedCoilRegions.htm?hl=meshed%2Ccoil%2Cregions.
Provide the geometric and physical description of the meshed coil in the computational domain and now Meshed coils regions can be assigned to coil conductors/ solid conductor accordingly and also please see below link to possible 3D applications of meshed coil models in Altair Flux.https://help.altair.com/flux/Flux/Help/english/UserGuide/English/topics/CoilsInFluxCoilModelsAndApplications.htmIf you still face trouble working around meshed coils, I suggest you to create a ticket and share the file. This way you can avoid sharing document publicly and also we can help you in better way.

Hello, Charishma_Modem
I was wondering if you could provide a tutorial related to meshed coil workflow.
Best Regards.
