Inspire 2022.1 will not work on Windows 11. Please use either Windows 10 or Inspire 2022.

You need to check the version of Java installed on your computer. For example, in the Command Prompt,

C:\Windows\System32>java -version

java version "1.8.0_341"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_341-b10)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.341-b10, mixed mode)

If you do not have the latest version, please install the version of the JRE the server supports to launch the installer. Using JRE 1.8.0 341 (64 bit).

There was a windows 11 compatibility issue in the latest version. I have installed the 2022, it is working fine.
