S-Frame 2025 - Error after clicking on ''Analyzing''

Hi,
I am designing a simple beam with 3 supports for my design bridge class to assess moving loads and influence lines.
After putting nods and members as well as the applied linear static load, I press on ''Analyzing'' . I get an error of tolerance and then S-frame crashes, the file becomes kind of corrupted and impossible to open.
I think it is due to the moving loads saved file .. These are the last notifications I see before the crash.
I have been following this tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhfeSeekvQI&t=187s&ab_channel=AltairHyperWorksHow-To

Hi there, thanks for your question. Could you please try clicking the "Defaults" button on your analysis type dialogue, prior to running the analysis? Please let us know if this issue persists after attempting that.

Hi there,
I have used S-frame v10-lite for more than 10 years. The tolerance warning window started appearing last few days. If I press defaults the warning window does not appear. However all my results: deflection and reactions are strange values…previous was 0.25mm now it is 1656464645,0mm deflection…and reactions instead 11kN its 120kN. It also rounds up/down my applied dead and live loads. Please could you help to find what is set up wrongly?

Hi there,
This may be a scenario that would benefit from opening a technical support case (https://community.altair.com/categories/support), so we can dig a bit deeper.
It sounds like it may be related to decimal separator values. Is it possible that your Operating System language settings are using a comma ',' as the decimal separator, rather than a period symbol '.'? Am I correct in understanding that this issue does not manifest itself until you save/run analysis?

Thanks for your reply. Where can I set up the comma and period symbols to work properly?
Anyway, I noticed as well that after analysing it changed my steel and section properties, as well loading. It round it. For instance, if I right-click on the section properties tool and hit Update it changes all values…for instance gross area 7637,3081 to 7637,0…as well material properties of steel for instance young modulus is 200000,0N/mm2 and after hitting analyse-ok or default is always changed to 2.0N/mm2. Why the software keep on changing my material, sections, loads values?
