Hello, I am a new MBA student at Western Kentucky attempting to use AI Studio '24 with the educational license provided by my professor. I am receiving the following error when following the universities step-by-step guide.

Error: Existing educational licenses found. Application is only allowed after the educational licenses expired.

It appears you already have an account associated with your email ID,

You need to wait until that license has expired before you can renew it as per -

Alternatively, If above did not help, Activate AI Studio, (previously called RapidMiner Studio), when using the Altair Student Edition via Altair One, first finish the license process here -
