I installed in my computer Altair monarch data prep but could be open. unknown error. Altair managed licensing. please relsove my issue to open and enjoy the amazing application.
Can you share more info about the error? Maybe image capture with your steps, etc. If you have a commercial license you can consider open a support request, but they will need those details in any case
