2D elem Extractor from 3D elem

Altair EmployeeOverview: You can select multiple components that are composed of 3D elements and create a face element for each of them.
It also oragnizes the newly created 2D elements to a new component, whose name is represented by Originname_shell.
Post-Requisite:
- Select Components(3D Elements)
- Run > Extract 2D Elements
