Creating Non-Design-Space around a channel

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there is a way to create a non-design-space around a channel in SimLab. I usually prepare non-design-spaces in INSPIRE, but creating a non-design-space around a channel probably leads to a self-interaction (depending on the diameter and curve of the channel). I can imagine that this is easier in SimLab. I have prepared a model. Is there anyone who could explain to me how to create a NON-Design-Space with 3mm offset around the channel of model?
