Student license not showing up.

I am encountering an issue with the license associated with my account. Although I have a license registered under the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business, it appears my account is currently set to the basic, free license.
I was careful during the account creation process, ensuring I added the active university email domain. However, upon comparing my account functionality with that of a colleague, I noticed a discrepancy. While their AI Studio license allows importing up to 30,000 rows of data, my access is restricted to 10,000 rows.
This limitation is hindering my work, and as the matter is time-sensitive, I would greatly appreciate your immediate support in resolving this issue.

the email address you used here simply never applied for an educational license. I cannot see anything like this in the system.
