why am I being restricted to 10,000 rows when I have an active educational license?

I have 2 licenses active: an educational license good until Mar of 2025 and a free license restricted to 10,000 rows of data. Is there a way to deactivate the free license so that I am not restricted to 10,000 rows?

Hi,

if you have a working edu license it should be the one active. So for some reason it is not pulling the edu version.
