It seems like an old thread, but I seem to have the same problem. Just for a demonstration for the students, I loaded the Iris dataset from the examples, but when I try to click on "Open visualizations" nothing happens. I click on the link in the area marked by red, and just nothing happens.

What platform are you running on e.g. Windows? It looks like parts of the software aren't initializing correctly. Could you also attach the aistudio.log file when you startup AI Studio, looking on this path:
/Users/<username>/.AltairRapidMiner/AI Studio/2024.1.0/ai-studio.log
Could you also confirm if you got any notification to start the software in safe mode at any point?

I am running on Windows. And also attached the log.
Regarding the question whether there were any notifications to start the software in safe mode at any point, unfortunately I cannot know for sure: I am writing about a classroom installation of AI Studio, so I did not install the software myself, but requested the IT responsibles of the university doing so (my own version of AI Studio does not exhibit the same problem, but when I come to the classroom, the students don't have access to the visualization).

I can see from the logs that plugin was skipped. Please could you to the Settings > Start-up, and ensure that "Initialize extensions" is ticked on.
