How can I have the direction of my input factors for creating association rules?

I want to create association rules for my data, I want to have rules for my data set like for example, if A increases and B decreases then C will increase. but the way that it shows it only shows the rule for example it shows antecedents like A,B and consequence is C. I need to have the direction of A and B and see if they raise or decrease.
In my data 1 is indicated as increase, 0 as really small changes and -1 as decrease
