Problem exporting data from FluxMotor

I have problems exporting data from FluxMotor. I would like to export the cycle efficiency in addition to the corner point, etc. I have all the checkmarks set, but in HyperStudy it says there is no value for cycle efficiency.

    Hi Anne-Sophie,

The answer to your question was given by Cyril Favre in your previous post:

     - this behaviour can appear if a point specified in the duty cycle is outside the torque-speed area computed by FluxMotor.

You have at least a speed value in the duty cycle for which the motor can not generate the specified torque, so FluxMotor will not compute the mean value of efficiency.

    Best regards,

    Alexandru

Thank you very much for the answer. I have already fixed the previous problem with calculating the efficiency. Just now I don't understand why in HyperStudy for cycle efficiency it says NaN. Since in FluxMotor the cycle efficiency was calculated and exported successfully.

    Hi Anne-Sophie,

    You are welcome!

Please verify if the values of the torque and speed for base speed and maximum speed points are the same in FluxMotor and HyperStudy.

I think that those values are different and it's related to the definition of the inputs parameters in the Test Configuration when you export the FluxMotor component for HyperStudy, therefore, please check those inputs parameters values.

    Best regards,

    Alexandru

    Hi Alexandru,

the values are identical. I have attached screenshots. Do you have any other idea what the problem could be?

    Best regards,

    Ann-Sophie

Can you recheck the duty cycle that you set for input for HyperStudy?

I have the impression that it could be some differences.
