How to fit a regression line on a scatter plot

I would like to convert the data into this type of image, but at present I can only draw scatter plots, please tell me how to draw the fitted regression line？

Hi,

these plot settings worked for me, but i had to sample the data down to 5000 values for plotting, since i'm not sure on how to increase the limit.
