Need help for time series forcast

Hello friends
I want help regarding forcast time series data.Like I want to predict one month in future or amybe a year.I have a sales data with some attributes.Can anyone help me with it.I am watching videos but there is lot of confusion
IF anayone can give me process file with data it will be Great.
