XGboost issue on virtual machine

Hi,
could someone assume what the issue could be?

Process failed. could not initialize class ml.dmlc.xgboost4j.java.XGBoostJNI

I have the same extensions on my personal pc and it works but on a virtual machine (Win 2019) I get this failure.

Apologies for the delay.

If you are using an old version of AI Studio (2024 and below), we suggest to install the latest version and do the following:

1. Install Ai Studio version 2025

2. Search for XGBoost on entire disk and delet all files and folders with that name

3. Reinstall the XGBoost extension from the marketplace

4. Run again the process

If the error still continues, you may want to send the log file.
