How to create a curve from Magnetic Field (B) on the Air Gap, and then another curve with FFT analysis ?

I created a winding configuration on the Flux Motors. Then I exported it to Flux2D. In the program, after hitting Solve, I can see the distribution of the magnetic field (B) in the whole machine, but I can't find a way to be able to graph the magnetic field around the entire average length of the air gap. And then with that graph I would like to do a harmonic analysis with the fft.

    Hi,

To draw the flux density on the air gap you need to create a path.

    1. Create a path
      1. General data> post processing >> support >path: right click selects new.

You have the possibility to create several types of the path. In your case you can select “arc defined by enter, radius and angles.

    1. Once the project is solved
      1. To draw a curve along a path, from curve (in the top) select 2D curve (path)
      2. Once the curve is drawn, right click on the curve > select spectrum analysis (FFT)

    Best regards.
