    Hi Santosh,

For Rattle Evaluation it's important that the Z-direction of the Local Coordinate systems of the E-line coincides with the Gap Direction of the Interface. The Gap Direction setting is there for you to control if the Z-Direction should be "Normal to Main" Or "In plane to Main". See image below. So when to use which depends on the actual Gap Direction of the interface and which component you select as Main. For Automatic creation, main component is selected automatically,  if you want to have more control over the E-line creation "toggle" to Manual Mode.

    Hope this helps

Hi is there any specific tutorial about post processing?

I have installed Hyerworks 2020.1 on my machine, which has some issues.

    1. SnRD director is not abvailable in Hypermesh2020.1 GUI, how can get this in Hypermesh GUI?

    2. SnRD director is available in Hyperworks 2020.1, which is quite different compared to Hypermesh and complicated. This GUI sometimes gives error related to licensing though there are all SnRD features installed and have enough tokens available?

Please help me to resolve these issue.

    Hi Santosh,

    1. In the user manual you can find 4 Tutorials. All of which covers PostProcessing of results. image

    2. SnRD is available for version 2020.1 Hypermesh Desktop if the PSO package is installed. You can find it under Directors Menu.

    3. I am unsure why you get the license error in Hyperworks 2020.1, we need to investigate more in detail, please submit a Support request to resolve issue.  I highly recommend trying out SnRD in Hyperworks new GUI as it's been drastically improved with many automation.
