Hi Eric,

under Settings → Preferences → User Interface → Charts

You can change the Red and Blue color, the Green is interpolated between Red and Blue in this case.

In newer versions of RapidMiner Studio you can also use the Visualizations Tab with finer controls for color bins or gradients.
