No activation link in email

I have requested an educational license and created an account, but the activation link doesn't appear in my mailbox. I have already received other emails by RapidMiner, but still no activation link.

    Unfortunately we had an issue with sending out verification emails. I can try to send you a verification message manually in case you provide your email address.
