Educational license

I used the free trial in April - June while I was taking a course in data mining. I saw today that there is a one year license for students, a license that can be helpful for a new course that I am taking in my master's degree called Data Analytics in Sustainable Development, and for my thesis. Nevertheless, I haven't been able to install the educational license, so I was wondering if the reason could be that I already used a free trial. If it`s possible to use the educational license it would be great. So the question is, how can I install the educational license if the process described in the web page has not worked?

Did you try the process form the following web site: https://rapidminer.com/get-started-educational/ ?
You can retrieve your license key from your RapidMiner account under https://my.rapidminer.com.
Just log in with the email you provided in above website and you should be able to fetch you license key there and enter it in RapidMiner Studio.

I'm using an educational license as of now. Today I got the message, that it will expire in 15 days. Hope it can be renews?! If so, what's the process of renewal?

Renewing is possible!
The current process is to reregister at https://my.rapidminer.com/nexus/account/index.html#licenses/request
