Rapid Miner Go. Error uploading data

I am getting 'Uploading data failed! 504' when trying to upload excel sheets or csv files to rapid miner go lately. My files are within the requirements. Can anyone help me with this?

We managed to reproduce it - it happens with xlsx files bigger than ~ 15 MB. We'll notify you once this is solved. Until then you might work around this by using csv format for upload - provided it still fits into the 50 MB limit.

I've tried with larger csv files as well and am getting the same error. Do you think this is something that will be relatively quick to fix?

Hi Cramsden,

We looked into this and data upload seems to work correctly. Also we haven't found any error logs for you account.
So it might have been a temporary network or possibly browser issue.

Please shout if you still experience the issue.

Just tried again, and got the same error.

I attached a screen shot of it. Thanks for the quick response. I've tried with both chrome and microsoft edge and get the same error for what its worth.

I can upload smaller files fine, but any large files (still under the 50mb limit) will not load
