I have an issue with the server installer. Where do I find out which Database port to use? the default onces are not working. I tried the default once already, but always got the message connection to localhost refused.

When you set up the SQL dataset, there is a port. I think the default port is maybe 5432.

the database port depends on the database type. MySQL has 3306, PostgreSQL has 5432, etc.
You can ask the person who installed the database. If you installed itself, look at the documentation of your database system for the default port.
