Delta connection - FluxMotor LUT export to PSIM

Hello,

I am currently working with a delta connected motor. I have been trying to analyze non-ideal currents by the means of Psim. However, when I try the standard proposed scheme (IPM- FluxMotor), I have some issues. It is required more voltage than expected. Anyone has some experience on that?

    Hi, Gabriele,

There is no generalized answer to this question.

Please send us your motor model and your PSIM schematic which "required more voltage than expected".

We need the model and the schematic in order to reproduce your result, to understand your question, and to know your expected good result.

    Sincerely,

    Rhonda

Hello, I am sharing the requested files. The working point I would like to simulate is 0.226 Nm at 4220 rpm. From FluxMotor simulations (I PSI n, accurate) I am getting the requirement of 8.41 Arms for line currents, with 7.23 Vrms line-line (10.22 Vpeak) (remember it's delta connected) . I have taken the very standard example for IPM control with the FluxMotor block and slightly modified it, since my motor is infact IPM, but acts like an SPM since it needs id=0 for MTPA. The motor works with 12V. If I run it at 12 V I am not reaching the correct speed, if I run it at 24V I get something that resemble what I am expecting. Thank you
