How to compare the two 3D Scatter Plots? and think how many clusters are better 2 or 3 and why?

Hello Folks,

I would appreciate it if anyone helps me solve this question? I am confused!!

Compare the two 3D Scatter Plots (Steps 4.9 and 4.10) and then think about how many clusters are better. 2 or 3?
