Random Search in Rapidminer

Hi there,

provides Rapidminer an operator for random search to tune hyperparameters?
Especially for deep learning?

Hi @varunm1,

I want to compare the grid search with a different hyperparameter optimization technique (esp. a random search not an evolutionlary one).
Do you know if Rapidminer supports a random search?

Thanks for your response. I got your point and I read that paper earlier. I am unaware of any operator of that kind. May be @IngoRM or @mschmitz have an idea.
