Could not receive Twitter Access Token - RapidMiner 'Search Twitter' error

Good day,
I am attempting to use the 'Search Twitter' rapid miner operator, however I keep getting this error 'Could not receive Twitter Access Token', when I attempt to copy and paste my access token, I have tried another developers Access Token and got the same error. Has anyone been able resolve this.

Hi,
Can you check the USER_HOME/.RapidMiner/rapidminer-studio.log file for more information? The usual suspect in these cases is that your company firewall prevents access to Twitter and/or its APIs.
