Rapidminer Server Send Mail Notification Error

I am trying to send an email notification ( using outlook) from my scheduled process in the rapidminer server repository. The settings are correct locally and it runs when I run from the Studio UI manually. But in the execution details for my scheduled process it is showing it couldn't connect to host on the server. How do I ensure my outlook settings/host are saved on the server?
