Testing issues, ticket no. #100.18.11 (unknown error)

Hello everyone, I am new to this software and I am having some issues on running the tests. I saw other people had the same problem, so I followed the guide to solve the issues but nothing changed. 

Here below the error code:

The test Characterization, Thermal, Motor & Generator, Steady state failed due to the following problem:
  Cause : Unknown error
  Type : Unknown

Ticket Number : #100.18.11 #100.18.10 #100.18.1 #100.18.39 

 

As already mentioned, I  tried to solve the problem autonomously, but it seems it did not work out. I hope someone can help me.
